Put a Little LVE in Your Heart
UNITED WAY OF SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS Day of Caring
The United Way of Southeast Arkansas (UWSEA) is excited to announce our second community Day of Caring in conjunction with our Fall 2017 Campaign Kick-off.
Day of Caring is a mobilization of volunteers from companies & businesses, civic groups, churches, families, and individuals, to celebrate the spirit of giving through service by providing a day of meaningful volunteer opportunities to service providers in the community. Volunteers will be assigned to a local United Way Partner Agency where they will tackle volunteer projects. No matter what your interests or skills, there is an opportunity for you to get involved. Some projects may include painting a room, cleaning out a flower bed, or sorting canned food, serving food or participating in after school activities.

Where Does Day of Caring Begin?
The day begins with volunteers gathering at Donald W. Reynolds Center (211 W. 3rd) at 8:30 am for a rally. There will be donuts, juice, and coffee available. Teams and individuals that have pre-registered will have been given their assignments and t-shirts in advance. Registration will also be available on that day and we will assign you a team. Everyone is welcome to help local organizations in need.
