Good health is an essential ingredient for individual success and a thriving community. Healthy kids are more likely to succeed in school. The whole community will flourish when all of our residents have access to public parks, playgrounds, healthy foods and quality healthcare. We are committed to more than short-term charity for a few; we are committed to lasting solutions that build opportunity for all.
Nutritious, wholesome, hot meals are served daily at Salvation Army and Neighbor to Neighbor, both partner agencies of United Way. We also partner with the Arkansas Foodbank Network to provide resources to local food pantries, and agencies that house and serve members of our community. Another partner, Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Health offers professional help through outpatient, rehabilitative day service programs, intervention and emergency services 24 hours a day to all of Southeast Arkansas.
Your contribution to the United Way of Southeast Arkansas helps address the issues of hunger and health in our community.
